Connect to power in minutes, no account required.

🔌 Step 1: Download the Metpow App

The easiest way to get started is by downloading our app from the App Store or Google Play.

📷 Step 2: Scan the QR Code

Every socket or connection point has a Metpow sticker with a unique QR code.

• Open your phone’s camera

• Scan the QR code near your socket

• This will open the socket page in the app or browser

⚙️ Step 3: Activate Your Socket

Once you're connected:

• Select your socket if there are multiple on your unit

• Review the energy rate and stay summary

• Set your arrival and departure times

• Add payment info to pre-authorise your session

✅ Step 4: Power On and Relax

Once activated, your electricity will start flowing.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email

• You can top up, extend or monitor usage live in the app

• If you're having trouble, speak to the site team — they can help right away

💡 Tips

• Most sessions begin within 1–2 minutes after setup

• If you don’t see power straight away, wait up to 5 minutes (especially during busy periods)

• Always double check your plug and your equipment first

If something’s not working or you’re unsure what to do next, just head to reception or the site office. The team on-site has full access to the Metpow system and can usually get things sorted quickly and easily. They're always happy to help!
